Extend your finance stack beyond payments.

Bring insurance, trade protection, employee benefits and specialist finance needs into your FC relationship. We organize the request and, where a suitable channel exists, introduce you to an independent provider that handles the product from assessment to contract.

Channel governance

What FC checks before making an introduction.

This is a channel-fit review, not underwriting or product approval. The independent provider always performs its own assessment.

  1. 01

    Jurisdiction fit

Whether a potentially suitable provider channel serves the company’s location and operating markets.

  2. 02

    Business profile

Whether the company type, industry, scale and intended use are within the provider’s stated scope.

  3. 03

    Requirement fit

Whether the requested protection, benefit or financing need belongs in the available service category.

  4. 04

    Responsibility map

Who owns onboarding, disclosures, pricing, contracting, servicing, complaints and any claims.

Before we introduce you

What to prepare before an introduction.

At the initial stage, a concise overview is normally enough. Do not email sensitive identity documents, bank credentials or full policy records unless a secure collection method has been provided.

Start a service request
  1. 01

    Business registration and ownership details

Legal entity, registered address, beneficial owners and primary contact.

  2. 02

    Operating markets and customer locations

Where the business operates, employs people, sells products or extends payment terms.

  3. 03

    The requirement and intended use

The risk, benefit or funding need you want the independent provider to assess.

  4. 04

    Relevant commercial information

Indicative turnover, headcount, exposures, renewal date or target start date, as applicable.

Possible next stepIntroduction for independent provider assessment

From request to provider

Who does what once a request is submitted.

FC helps organize the introduction. The provider remains responsible for every product-level decision.

  1. 01

    Define the requirement

Tell us the business need, operating markets, expected timeframe and any current arrangements.

  2. 02

    Channel review

FC checks whether an appropriate independent provider channel may be available for the request.

  3. 03

    Provider assessment

The provider performs its own eligibility, compliance, underwriting or suitability review.

  4. 04

    Review and contract

You review the provider’s proposal and, if suitable, enter into a contract with that provider directly.

Service request

Tell us what your business is looking for.

Share an initial overview so we can determine whether a potentially suitable independent provider channel is available. Submitting this form is not a product application and does not confirm eligibility.

  • FC reviews the channel request
  • The provider makes every product decision
  • You decide whether to proceed with the provider

Questions

Know who you are dealing with.

Does FC provide or underwrite these products?

No. FC provides an introduction channel only. The independent provider determines availability, eligibility, pricing, coverage, suitability and service terms.

Can I purchase a partner service through my FC relationship?

You may begin the request through FC, but you contract with and purchase from the selected provider directly. The provider will supply its own proposal, disclosures and payment instructions.

Why are provider names not listed publicly?

A provider is considered only after the requirement, jurisdiction and customer profile have been reviewed. Public listing would not mean that a provider or product is available to every customer.

Does submitting a request mean I have applied for a product?

No. A service request helps FC understand the channel you are looking for. It is not a product application, offer, approval or confirmation of eligibility.

Will FC charge a fee for the introduction?

If FC will charge any fee for a particular service, it will be disclosed before you choose to proceed. The provider will separately disclose its own pricing and commercial terms.

Important information

Provided by the partner, not by FC.

Fiducia Clearing is not an insurer, insurance broker, investment adviser or product issuer. FC does not provide insurance or investment advice and does not make underwriting, pricing, coverage, eligibility, suitability or claims decisions.

Customers contract with and purchase from the selected provider directly. Products are governed by that provider’s terms, disclosures, privacy notice, licensing status and jurisdictional availability. An introduction by FC is not a recommendation, approval or guarantee of any provider or product.
